Straight from Joe
Joe texted these from his phone. None of them are stock photos. Some show walls with the cement coat on, and some were taken partway through a job, with the forms still up or the dirt still in a pile.
They are small because they came over as text messages, which is why they look a little soft if you blow them up.
What you are looking at
Most of the photos are from basements with old walls. A few show the digging that goes with the work.
- Old stone and brick basement walls coated in gray cement
- A new concrete ledge along the bottom of an old wall, and the steel forms and rebar set for one
- A square pier wrapped in fresh cement, next to an old brick pier
- An old wall of rough stone and brick before any work
- Two small basement windows up high in an old wall
- A trench along the outside of a foundation, and a pile of dirt dug out inside a basement
